We can send the pieces to you by regular package. We can also send an expert with the spare part in a chartered plane to you to install and commission it. It just depends, how urgent you need the piece or how critical the situation is.

- In urgent cases: please send us a picture of the broken device, the nameplate or any other known information via mail
- In critical cases: please call us after sending the mail, even if it’s during nighttime. Time is money, so we don’t want to waste it.
